Super fast delivery and well packaged. Controls were a little challenging at first to figure out, but once we did we love the rain head feature most.

Very beautiful unit, although the spigot was not recommended by the plumber because it can easily break off. I had to buy another spigot. The other thing thing that is old fashion are the dials to turn the hotcold water on. If they are set upright, the dials turn on opposite. Something to consider if purchasing this unit.

It's beautiful! Hasn't fully been installed yet; on the valve. The Shower Head is very heavy. I will have a better review after it's installed. I took a star away because the picture of the valve and what I received were different. The valve comes fixed in a rectangular green box. Also, there are no instructions how to install the system. I had to call and ask and I still didn't get it. I finally printed it from the manufacturers website.

On time delivery. System look nice, heavy, and expensive. No instructions how to install it, so minus one star. I didnt install it yet, I will update when it’s ready to use.
