I initially left a great review for this product when I first got it. It looked great out of the box. I use it for a remodel of a guest bathroom that is rarely used. I’ve had it for approximately two years and it has been used perhaps a dozen times. This fixture is absolutely falling apart. The hose does not stay attached, and the finish is coming off, leaving the underlying metal discolored and patchy. It looks terrible and will have to be replaced at great expense. Very sorry that I purchased it. Do not waste your money!!

I absolutely love, love this rainshower. It is unique and beautiful. Seriously adds a extra sense of comfort and style to my showering experience.

Nice looking product, but not worth the issues. The escutcheon that hides the connection that supports the shower head is not deep enough to sit flush on the tile wall. It would only fit if the screws that hold the bracket were completely flush on the bracket but they are not. I called to try to order an additional one so I could try to cut out some material without damaging the one I had but no one ever called back. (I found another review online that indicated zero parts are available, so I gave up.) There are brass fittings which expand the water flor from 1/2 to 3/4 inch. However, if you don't install them in exactly the correct position (+/- 1/2") you will need to use additional brass fittings but it is extremely difficult to move from 1/2" to 3/4" in a small space with the necessary precision. I even had a skilled, professional plumber perform my rough plumbing. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this product to anyone. I'm buying a 2nd complete set in case anything fails so that I don't have to demolish my wall and start again... That said, in the meantime, it does actually look nice. (I haven't used it because it's in a guest bathroom in a rental.)

This item was a big problem for us. First of all, what we received did not correspond to what is in the picture! Several parts were missing and we are trying to get them replaced. Also, it appears that the shop cannot supply repair parts, so if we were to have a problem with one part after the warranty period, we would have to throw away the whole shower system. That would be very wasteful and disappointing.
