This was a disaster. I would rate it a zero, if that were an option. You depicted the item on the website as having a circular opening in the grid in the back third of the grid to match where the drain and disposal was in my Franke sink. I received a sink grid with the opening in the center of the grid. I wanted to return it but you tell me I have to pay for the return shipping-- even though it was YOUR mistake. I am now in the process of trying to deal with this hassle. I WILL NOT pay for return shipping when the mistake was on YOUR end. It is a waste of my time.

The item displayed vs what you get aren’t the same. This shows an off centered grid but it most certainly is in the center. It appear someone has loaded the incorrect photo on here which should probably he addressed.
