We have a big open space that wasn't keeping cool. We replaced a brand new 15,000 btu with this one and honestly love it. 100degrees outside and a lovely 68 inside. Our only issue was not fitting into the window correctly so we had to use some extra foam, but otherwise its great

Horrible customer service! I received 2 Air Conditioners both are defective. Now the customer service person is refusing to replace the AC and told me to get a refund. I insisted to get the replacement ac. Customer service stated that replacement is not an option no more after first replacement. Even the AC is still in stock on the website. I demand customer service manager to get back to me with a solution.

We purchased a few of these are they work great. Issues with one arriving broken but new one showed up the next day.

had one before. this unit has better controls. work very well, hope it last long.
