I have had the unit for 3 weeks and besides my above concern I’m satisfied with this unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. I appreciate this latest models WiFi. My previous models conked out much sooner than I would have wanted so I purchased and extended warranty this time. Fingers crossed that the pump and dehumidifier last at least 3 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within 24 hours of having it plugged in, the RH% was noticeably more comfortable than prior to having the unit. The pump option works great, and I never have to worry about removing and emptying the bucket when it is full. The unit is pretty quiet for the most part and so far, there are no complaints about the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Combi heating unit installed back in the late spring in our unfinished basement. These systems are usually mounted on a plywood base against the wall. I noticed that when the humidity started to pick back up on the summer here in New England that the to be some type of issue with growth on a lower end of the board. I clean the area for the disinfectant cleaner design specifically for mold and mildew and then go went ahead and sprayed the product on the board one more time. At this point I was beginning to look for a dehumidifier for about a 600 square foot basement and came across this unit . To the criteria I was looking for was the proper size with Energy Efficiency and also a pump out unit to the drain. This particular unit seemed to fit the bill and because the hose has to be raised about 6 ft and run across to the drain it was important to make sure that it would adequately perform as needed without overworking the unit. I've had the unit about 3 weeks now and ran the continuous mode for the first day or two as was recommended and the basement was noticeably dryer. From there I said into the dry mode and a relative humidity of 50% and it has been cycling on and off as design. The pump has been working flawlessly so far and I've had absolutely no leaks at all. I think the price was fantastic for the unit itself and I'm hoping to get many more years of service out of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! I’ve previously owned models made by another brand that gave out after only a year of use, so hoping this one lasts longer. Working well so far. Bucket is a little small, and continuous drain requires a garden hose, but unit itself works well.
