Return was horrendous. Wayfair wanted me to get return through manufacturer. Be aware Wayfair is making returns harder going forward its a new policy. It was advertised black and it is grey. Did not match my other items in bathroom. I complained and eventually Maria gave me label to return. I had to send photos. Here is the color difference, strap on bag is for comparison.

Coordinates so well with the other industrial hardware for my husband’s “ manly” bathroom. Extremely well made.

The picture makes the towel hanger look black but it’s more of a gray color. I am planning on spray painting it black but think it seems like a solid piece overall
