This is the third type of paper holder I purchased after sending two other, similar kinds back. It's perfect: not too long or short for a roll, the end curves up enough to hold the roll on when in use and it has a really nice, substantial weight to it that makes it feel solid and expensive (even though it's priced significantly lower than the higher end models). I really happy with this purchase. I bought one for each of the 3 bathrooms in my new house.
