I’m very disappointed with this purchase. First, it’s very flimsy and the arms will not stay put. It’s also too small for hand towel. You must use one of those fingertip towels or a washcloth.

Seems to be fine, although I didn't check the height before ordering and it is very short only suitable for wash cloth not hand towel
