This item is perfect for the bathroom where it was installed professionally installed by a plumber and designer. It looks nice and functions well but the problem is the screw that holds the arms into the main fixture. After a short time, it loosens so that the arms start hanging downward/diagonally, don't hold the horizontal. So you have to re-tighten it every time which gets to be tiring and makes it loose functionality. And on top of that, this bathroom gets infrequent use; imagine how much more quickly it would lose its shape if used every day.

It loosens up too fast; I constantly have to tighten up the bottom screw. Maybe it's made for smaller towels...as I have a hand towel and a bath towel hung most of the times.
