Great addition to our powder room, much more functional than a pedestal sink and same food print! Super easy to install.

I chose this vanity because it was just the right size for the space I was installing it in. However, The storage is limited to just the bottom shelf and that just wasn't enough storage. So, I built a split drawer using the existing upper panel. This makes the vanity more functional. The fit, finish, and hardware are all good quality. The ceramic sink is an adequate size. The other mod was relocating the feet forward because as designed it does not provide enough space to clear the baseboard and get a flush fit against the wall. The bottom edge of the sink drain is rough silicone was needed to achieve a seal water tight seal for the tail piece rubber seal.
