Arrived already assembled. I like the color combination between the sink and drawers. It has a cut out for plumbing and feels extremely solid. Overall, very satisfied with this item. I'm going to install it in my guest bathroom after a remodel and I'm guests will love it. Highly recommend.

A nightmare from start to finish. This piece was maybe one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had from Wayfair, most specifically due to how the main vanity is supposed to be mounted to the wall. While the vanity itself is completely pre-constructed, it weighs a tremendous amount (50-60 pounds at least). The mounting system that comes with it is destined to fail. The mounting system is a cleat system set up to be drilled into the wall with three anchors and screws. Problem 1 The anchors are incredibly cheap, fragile, and have no chance holding the weight of anything close to a vanity of this weight. The bigger issue is the cleat itself. The cleat has three holds spaced 10 inches apart. Problem 2 While logic would suggest that the cleat should line up with studs in the wall (directions omit this information, but regardless), no house or apartment ever built will have studs 10 inches apart. You will 100 be drilling into soft and weak drywall in hopes of supporting this massive, heavy vanity. You might get lucky and hit a stud in 1 of the 3 cleat holes like we did. I promise you this is nowhere near enough. If we had not already demoed and removed our previous vanity and sink, I would have given up on this piece and trashed it. I spent 7 hours on the first day trying to problem solve how to hang this vanity in the bathroom and another four the next day. Here are my solutions. 1. Loctite adhesive for additional security on the cleats and screws. It will be a future issue removing the cleat and screws, but I had to move forward with installation 2. Walldriller cobra anchors-175 pound. I would not even bother with the cheap screws and anchors they’ve provided in the packaging unless you, for some reason, have wall studs every 10 inches in your house or apartment. 3. That STILL wasn’t enough. I ended up making a hidden support shelf underneath to bear the weight of this very heavy vanity. I measured precisely to give the appearance the vanity is still floating and ensured with a level that the hidden support shelf was even. It took me about 90 minutes to create this additional structure but I now have some extra peace of mind that this vanity will not fall out of the wall in a week. The support shelf is made from subfloor underlayment and treated 2x4s. Again, if it was easy to reinstall our previous vanity, I would have tossed this product to the side of the road. Regardless of its appearance and how nice it looks, it was one of the most difficult and frustrating pieces of furniture I’ve ever received from Wayfair. The piece does look great and I was so frustrated and disappointed by how much of a hassle this ended up being. Lastly, the piece did already have some cracks in when I opened the package. This item isnt worth purchasing.
