Delivery took too long and was part of backordered (until May 27th) faucet set. No email updates from Wayfair even though you have my email address. I had to look at the order online to find out the status/delays. Very poor communication with your customer.

Well, this is not a very glamorous item, but it is so necessary! With my bathroom redo, I sourced most of my faucets and valves through Wayfair. Most of the time (as was the case with this item) they make it really easy with detailed information that tells you exactly what each item contains and what valve, if any, is needed. I'm still waiting for this to be installed, but it came very fast and was packaged very nicely. My contractor was a bit leery at first, but when I showed him what I received, he approved. Great prices and great stuff.
