[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Parma Two Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet was such an upgrade in my old bathroom. It has a beautiful finish and an elegant design that is basic enough to appeal to more design interiors. I love it's more spot resistant than the old silver toned one I had. It wipes clean so easily with a cloth and mild detergent. Installation was done by my husband and took him about an hour to remove and replace with the new faucet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install you have to just match all the parts correctly and it looks nice. It takes a couple seconds for the water to stop after turning it off ( at first, made me think it was defective and had a leak but its not). The hardest part of the job was taking out the old and cleaning up around the old faucet and old plumbers putty around the drain, after cleanup it is a breeze to install this , just follow the instructions and hand tighten only, install new water lines, being careful not to over tighten.
