I struggled with this for months. The dispenser looks great - but it is of poor cheap design. There are three primary problems - the soap will come up and overflow pretty consistently, it almost always takes multiple pumps to get the soap started and refilling was always a problem and required using needle nose pliers to take out the plastic piece stuck in the dispenser. I called the company and they sent me a replacement plastic piece underneath - but it is still a problem. The primary issue is a small cheap plastic gasket that keeps coming off and is a struggle to reaffix to the plastic pump - and is flimsy enough to break. I would not recommend this. I ended up ordering a Kraus Boden dispenser in matte black - which costs 1/3 of the price and does not have any of these issues so far.

Soap dispenser is heavy. Bottle is big enough to refill with one soap bottle from the store. The spout is long which is nice.

Not installed yet but seems to be of good quality and weight

Purchased for a client project. They loved it.
