Over half a box of broken a d chipped boards - several snapped right in half - and no resolution from customer service! Update: customer service resolved the issue and replaced the damaged items. Wayfair is the best!

They look great, but extremely brittle. Installation is a little tricky, but I got the hang of it after a while. More than half showed up with broken corners, but wayfair is making it right.

I wanted pure black as the pictures, but it has a lot of gray, but at the end almost matched my current floor. I happy with the results
