Ne commandez pas de céramique chez wayfair ils ne savent pas compter les pieds carré. J’ai commandé 20 pieds carré ( 4 boites) 1 boites contient 5 feuille ou 5 pieds carré. On m’a livré juste une boite, mais j’ai payé pour 4. Et là rupture de stock

Love the Glass tile it is a tad darker than sample once installed but when sun shines on it changes to lighter color as well as having the under cabinet lights brightening it up. Best option for this look…

Never delivered even though email said “delivered”. Spoke to customer service, not too friendly but they submitted a reorder. Next week same exact thing. Then they wouldn’t let me cancel until i sent back a package i never received. Spoke to an ignorant supervisor who i could barely hear over all the call center commotion in background. Very rude and made me feel as though i was wasting her time and this was my fault. Finally agreed to refund my order, still waiting on that. Offered me %10 off next order, that’s not happening. What in the world happened to the old Wayfair?? Courteous, respectful, diligent and actually cared about the consumer. Now you get a call center of broken English speaking agents that go out of their way to make things difficult. Shame

We recently ordered multiple 4x10 glass tiles for our beverage center project. When the shipment arrived, we found that several of the tiles were broken. I reached out to the supplier right away, and to their credit, they handled the situation quickly and professionally. They replaced all of the damaged tiles without any hassle, which we really appreciated. Glass tiles can be delicate during shipping, so I would definitely recommend ordering in advance to allow time for any potential replacements. Overall, great customer service and a positive experience once the issue was resolved.
