This is a beautiful mirror with lots of storage. We love the look in our newly renovated bathroom. We opened the box when we first received it (it weighs 85 lbs) and were focusing on the glass and outside of mirror for any signs of damage. It is securely packaged and we did not want to undo the packing to remove the heavy mirror completely from the box until we were ready to install. When we went to install it, the back of the mirror (the only cheap material used in the mirror) was broken. Our contractor got creative and made a plexiglass backing to repair it. I did not want to ship this back and wait for a new item that may also be damaged:(. The fix took contractor time and money for new materials. Would like a partial refund but not sure how to do this. Check every inch of items like this for damage when you get them. Overall we really love the mirror but I can't give it 5 stars due to damage and cost to repair.

Love this mirror the curved edges give it a soft look. Needed something to cover my whole bathroom wall.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Glass Warehouse that I feel compelled to share. I recently ordered a medicine cabinet that arrived damaged. To my dismay, the companys response was far from satisfactory. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Glass Warehouse displayed a blatant unwillingness to address the problem or offer a proper solution. Their customer service was unhelpful, and I was left with a broken product and no resolution in sight. I strongly caution potential buyers to think carefully before ordering from Glass Warehouse. The risk of receiving defective products and encountering poor customer support is very real. My experience has been a severe disappointment, and I hope others will heed this warning to avoid similar issues
