This staircase is just what I needed to access the upper level of my attic. I’m giving it five stars because it is very sturdy and I feel safe going up and down the stairs. Every screw hole lined up perfectly. The directions are a little tricky to follow, but if you have any experience at all putting things together, you’ll be able to figure it out. I will say that it took several hours to put together with two people. It isn’t difficult, but the screws are long and so they take more time to install. But that just makes it more sturdy.

After speaking with a representative on the phone, I was assured that the 3 step with handrail he recommended was lightweight and foldable, which is what I needed. The package I received was a 5 step (too tall), heavy, and definitely not foldable (it is not meant for transport). Unfortunately, I had it half put together before realizing what it was. I contacted Wayfair as a very unhappy customer, and the representative that answered was amazing. I wasn't overly kind at first but they handled it wonderfully, arranging for a FedEx pickup at my house and a full refund. This person didn't give a name but handled this wonderfully. To whoever you are...thank you so much!

Worked out great for our pups therapy pool! Very sturdy, great quality. Highly recommend for many uses.

Good and sturdy ! Easy to assemble and the price is right ! I’m a disabled man and I felt safe using these steps

The 4 step RV ladder is substantial in construction. It took me 2 hours to assemble . It was heavier in materials ,Sturdy! I was very pleased how it looks and feels when using it.
