Very sturdy, high quality metal, & is perfect for protecting a large fireplace opening. You will not be disappointed.

Easy assembly! Love the fact that it came with two wrenches to hold the bolt and the nut as it is put together. There was a small amount of finish missing from the metal around the bolt holes, but since this faces the back (inside of the fireplace) we thought it was okay. We ended up taking off the inside feet that are to hold the screen flush with the fireplace opening. For us, our fireplace hearth and inside of the fireplace are not level and the inside feet made the screen lean forward. Without the additional feet, we can set the fireplace flush to the brick and it looks level.

This fireplace screen is just what I was looking for. It is sturdy and stands flush against the brick unlike our last one that took up a lot of space on the hearth. I highly recommend it because of its quality and looks.

Screen is very nice and high quality. Took me a little to understand which way to put the legs on. I originally thought it opened up but it doesn't. So you have to remove it each time you light the fire. It's heavy so that can be annoying at times.

Looks great. pretty minimal which I like. Check measurements, it is exact width for us and we have a small fire place.
