Looks fabulous, Very well made. Easy to install after I made the reversal.

Door delivered upside down, cardboard torn exposing part of door and weather striping bent. Called and made report. I had installer come and he took everything out of box, got ready to install and said that there was no handle or hardware. This cost me a trip charge. Called and reported and they sent out hardware and handles. Installer returns and installed door but the handle and hardware was for the opposite swing. Installer installed it as is and you have to lift up on handle instead of pushing down. Called and reported. They are now sending out correct hardware. I informed them that this will be the third time I’m paying for the installer to return to fix handle when hardware is received. They offered a partial refund to cover expenses. However the amount processed is about 50 less than what was quoted on phone. Still waiting on hardware and now door is making a noise when closing. Not happy.

This storm door is just beautiful! Carpenters said they never seen any one like it. Its heavy wrought iron design adds a beautiful cottage like appeal to the courtyard. This door has some weight to it so it shuts tight. No more cold air coming in this winter! Love It!!! My house is in the middle of getting painted but I will try to add a pic once painting is complete

I would not call this a security door. This is a very (expensive) storm door. The pictures clearly show a steel mesh. The 'mesh' that is provided is a bug screen that you can use instead of the full glass panel (product misrepresentation). I am disappointed. You could literally push through the screen or break the glass and walk right through. Be aware the lock set is double-keyed, which I am not fond of.

The door is beautiful and what I expected. But the delivery of material is horrible. I had to constantly call to get a scheduled delivery date, after getting it never got the calls as I was told I would receive the 30 minutes before delivery. I called and the customer service lady couldn't get the delivery guy to answer. I was told I would receive my order 12:00-4:00 it was one hour and a half late. Still never received a call, text or email. I'm military and we are on time service members. Terrible delivery service. Door it self is BEAUTIFUL!!
