The installation process was quite challenging due to the absence of a template, which significantly complicated matters. I found myself spending extra time crafting my own template, as the task required careful precision, particularly with the complicated alignment needed for the horizontal bars. This added step not only extended the overall installation time but also tested my patience as I navigated the tricky aspects of ensuring everything fit together perfectly.

Open box option is the bomb! I’m sure that it doesn’t always work out but it was perfect for me. Saved some significant money on an item I was absolutely going to buy anyway. Shipping and communication were stellar. I’d use perigold again without hesitation. Thanks

We bought several items from this Grohe line, all with the same finish. This is the only item that didn't really match everything else in color. It's noticeably "orange" compared to the other pieces.
