We hired a plumber to install (600 dollars) who said that we also needed a filter and a CO2 bottle for the sparkling water. We haven’t figured out how to fine tune the gas for the sparkling water but the faucet works fine otherwise and the chilled water is delicious. Hope to get a tip on how to tune the CO2 bottle!

**Buyer beware!! NOT INCLUDED in this carbonated water filtration system is the FILTER AND CARBONATION. I used the Wayfair installation option which was super easy and communication was great.

I was contemplating writing this review but given the price point of the product I felt the need to do so. We bought this product about 3 years ago now and was so excited to have soda water available whenever I wanted but it never worked right. The carbonation was never right (usually the bubbles were never really prevalent and sometimes it would never even work period) and installing it was a challenge. Had a plumber come to try to fix it twice and it never worked properly. Unfortunately it wasn't worth the money as we haven't used it now for years and it just sits under our sink taking up lots of space. I really wished it would work as it was a very exciting feature for our new home....

I love the unit but parts are hard to get. You end up buying a second unit just for parts. Bought a second unit 2 years ago, tried to use the new chiller out of the box and it doesn’t work. we will see if they stand behind their warranty or if they want me to buy a third unit. No way will I do that. I have another brand that I’m looking at

We have been using the GROHE Blue system for a year, and just love it! We use the sparkling water feature at least 8 times a day. House guests are amazed and ask for a second glass. We love eliminating all the soda cans. If you get this system and have it installed professionally (recommended), make sure that your plumber reviews with you the settings selected, and have them written down in your manual.
