Here's a suggestion. your return process should be better enabled to cancel the order more quickly. I bought this thinking it was the entire faucet. 30min I bought it, I called your contact centre, he said sorry we can't cancel it. He said I have to wait to receive it and return it through fedex. So I did, I followed the instructions and it appears FEDEX lost it. to add insult to injury, you substracted 15 dollars from the initial refund. People make mistakes ordering online but there must be a way, a better process for your organization to avoid this customer dissatisfaction. I was going to order the entire Grohe unit at $600 bucks after I received my refund for the incorrect plastic piece, however, I lost faith in your ordering process and therefore will take my business elsewhere. If you were in my shoes, would you not feel that it is silly that I couldn't cancel 30 min after I ordered online only to wait for the package and return thereafter? It's wrong.

I ordered the red, and it is not at all red. It is more of an orange/salmon color. Very disappointing.

Excellent product. Blue colour is vibrant. Love it.
