Rail has a plastic part which failed within couple of months. Part is not covered by warranty and also replacement part is not available. Wayfair did not help as it was past 30 days and Grohe was no help, just mentioning its not covered by warranty. Recommend to avoid this product. From Grohe: The replacement options for this unit is the longer rail 48514000 and shorter rail 48515000 however the original rail does not offer a replacement part as this is only included in the euphoria shower system itself.

I can honestly say I’ve never experienced this kind of quality in a faucet. Fit and finish are beautiful and operation is smooth. Rated at 20 more PSI than competitors. She’s an elegant beast.

The shower switch has design flaws. It is very hard to rotate the switch to off position precisely, especially from top shower head. The water can drip for hours. I bought another similar Groche shower tub system, that one works fine. But this model clearly has flaws by design.
