I loved the look of this but the finish does not last. I have the brushed nickel. The shower head also made a terrible noise when running. As soon as I replaced it with a new head, noise stopped. More aggravating was the new shower head was a much cheaper Kohler.

Constant drip won't go away. We are now on the second cartridge assembly and this one is doing the same thing as the first. Every few seconds about 8 drips of water leak out of the shower head. This means the shower never dries out. I wonder how long before the Daltile is covered with mildew. There is constantly water hitting the valve handle and bouncing all over. If you leave the shower door open, the water bounces outside the shower too and all over the floor. So, if it isn't the cartridge assembly, is it the GrohFlex Universal Rough In Valve? If that is the case, then I have to tear out all the new tile and backer board. What a nightmare! What a huge cost.
