It was the wrong size. I called to see if I could return it and they told me that I would have to pay almost $15.00 for a return. They said that they did not want me to return it without their return label which is costing me more. I explained that I lived by myself and that I am in my late 70’s - they simply didn’t care. I am disappointed in their policies and customer service. Sad!

The order was delivered 5July. It was supposed to arrive 2July. As such, I am traveling and have not picked it up. A real review has to wait until August. So you see, a late delivery means I am already disappointed.

Don’t think the items you buy will show up if any form of good or working condition. Doesn’t matter how much the item costs it will still be handled like garbage.

The people at Grohe were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed and offered the replacement part at a great price.

There are 2 sizes. The correct size should be determined before ordering.
