This is very excellent faucet. But my contractor describes it as "The World's Most Complicated Faucet!" He is not wrong. We watched all the videos from Grohe. We read all the hieroglyphic manuals. And still we messed up three things. (Which, fortunately, we were able to put right.) There is nothing intuitive about this install. This install is for a Master Lego Builder. Really! If that is not your skill set do not attempt. Also, this device is all plastic and the corresponding rough-in is mostly plastic. I am OK with that. Metal corrodes! But if you are of the school "just give me brass, bronze and steel fittings I can hit with a hammer" this is not for you.

Interior parts are flimsy plastic, break and wear out easily.

We bought this product in part because you could affect the flow using the dials. What we learned upon install and talking to tech-support was that the flow control barely affects the flow of water, which is directly contrary to the advertising and stated literature. While it looks nice and the buttons are fun to push, Turning the chrome piece surrounding the button does almost nothing to affect the flow of water. Very disappointed. Borderline false advertising. Also, the installation instructions are horrific. This is the last time I buy from this manufacturer. I certainly will not use them on the bathroom renovation I have planned for next year
