I bought this faucet 8 year ago and is has been working flawlessly with the exception of a leaky cartridge last year (replaced free of charge from Grohe). I am reading reviews and find them quite negatives. I wonder how many people have been satisfied with this faucet but did not write a positive comments.

Like the other folks who gave 1 star review, same thing is happening to me! Bought in Nov 2017, struggled with the malfunctioning sprayer head until July 2020...now it's Feb 2022 and it got bad again. Contacted Customer service, and hoping to get another replacement....maybe they fixed this quality issue?? I sure hope so!!!

After less than 2 years we are experiencing problems with the pressure changing when trying to use the spray feature or change from cold to hot
