A must have for any home. Leak protection tracks water consumption but most importantly water shut off remotely.

i added sense by the water heater and there was a lesk last nught. Sense alerted me and saved my condo today. Must get item for condo owners.

Very useful device particularly for a remote home. I have these devices all over two homes. In one of the homes I also have the water shut off valve. Having once experienced a broken toilet that cost $66,000 in insured losses I'm keen to head of problems before they get out of hand. My only concern was it is a bit tedious to set up a lot of these at once, I wish it was easier to do the WiFi setup. Part of this is that their darn serial numbers used in WiFi setup are unnecessarily complex and the type is very small on labels. But, once set up I have not had to do a thing other than tell cleaning folks to stop mopping them. I have recommended this Grohe product line to a lot of friends. Wish list: make it easier to add a House Manager to the app so that I can have my management company be able to use app without using my personal credentials.
