Smart Control Complete Shower System with TurboStat Technology 26379000

Beautiful shower but read reviews and watch videos! The shower works perfectly if installed correctly but there are a few steps vital to the installation that are not mentioned. 1. The fittings that go into the plumbing are European and not NPT. They are knuckled and very loose once screwed in. If you try to use plumbers tape the knuckled ridges will tear it off.. You therefore must use pipe sealant (all the reviews describing this step have been taken off, i assume the sites didn't want to promote brands of pipe sealant so I won't include any in the review) or it will leak. Once the sealant is applied you have a few minutes to adjust it properly but it will not move anymore once dry so be careful! 2. The temperature can be adjusted by removing the cap over the thermostat and unscrewing the module. There is a plastic ring with small increments that let you increase the temperature and reposition the module, otherwise you will have a cold shower even if you turn it past the safety zone.

It was a pain to install it. Our contractor went back and forth for many days to get this to stop leaking and work properly. It was finally installed and so far okay. Would not recommend as they need to have a better and easier installation.

Was disappointed as this "complete" shower system does have the shower head nor the hand shower. Will be returning it.

This is a very nice shower assembly. Just roughed in the plumbing - simple install. Remember to purchase your shower head and spray head separately.
