[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This entire product just seems so high quality. It was a pleasure to just open the packages. The pieces are beautiful, and I love the chrome trim kit for the valve. The pipe for the rain shower head is significantly heavy. I was concerned about the water flow, as we are on a well. I was pleasantly surprised at the velocity of the water, and though gentle, it's better than expected. The handheld unit is fine, though not as artful as the rest. It was slightly disappointing that both the shower head and the handheld are not metal, but they look great. I imagine the head would weigh far too much if that was solid. The fittings all seem high quality, with a very hefty valve as well. The hose for the handheld is super flexible, unlike many that are stiff - this is drapey. Simply delighted.
