Considering it’s made by Grohe, I expected a much higher quality shower head. So much of it is a ghastly light gray plastic on the actual spray head. Even my contractor mentioned that he’s surprised the hose is just a cheap gray plastic vs a sleek metal one. Nothing I can do about it now that the slider bar is installed. Will have to report back after seeing how it functions after our full reno is completed and we can use the shower.

Do not buy this system. The spray is weak and the system is poorly built and does not have the ability to tighten the spray handle seating arm. In time the spray head will sag and no longer stay up resulting in the shower head being useless. I am an Architect and will never specify this company. This used to be a great company.
