Great replace for our previous soap dispenser, at a good price.

Solid quality, ease of installation, just slightly over priced.

Excellent quality! The dispenser head is nice and heavy. The head lifts away for ease of refilling the container over the counter. You do not have to remove the fill bottle from under the counter top.

Be prepared for plastic parts on this Grohe soap dispenser. Our daughter didn't tell us the soap dispenser was becoming loose (it's in her bathroom), and by the time we found out about it, the upper part of the plastic threaded area was broken off in one huge chunk, stuck inside the interior of the upper chamber. We worked hard on it to remove the broken-off, lodged-in plastic piece. It wasn't easy and we almost gave up. But, with a hole in our quartz counter, we either had to replace it, or fix it. So, we kept at it and eventually got the broken piece out. And since the replacement part was so expensive, we opted to cut the remaining bottom portion of the threaded area in one clean, level cut and thread it back on to the upper chamber. It's working so far and we're keeping an eye on it. Definitely not for kids, teens, or high traffic bathrooms.
