grove was able to provide the replacement part necessary to fix a damaged faucet in a newly purchased. More importantly, the staff at Grohe were exceedingly helpful in first identifying the faucet model and then the part which I needed. When I went to install the part and couldn’t remove the chrome cover plate, I was able to quickly access a expert at Grohe customer service who assured me that there was no mechanical connection. I followed his advice and was eventually able to pry the plate off only to discover the installer had filled the void with construction adhesive! Very grateful for the excellent, professional support.
