Update We purchased this air conditioner we used it for a week during the night in bedroom and it already scrapped out. We contacted Wayfair Resolution for a replacement before the 30 days, and they came back to ask us to repair the unit and theyd refund us 25. After giving it some thought and finding a repair company to repair it for 199.50 we asked for 125 refund. Since then communication has been limited. I am not impressed! I have since found out that replacement part is difficult to to find for less than 182 plus shipping. We emailed Wayfair asking them to just refund us 125 well junk the unit and purchase another unit from somewhere else. Its unfortunate because I have purchased lots of furnishings from them but now well shop elsewhere. Unsatisfied shopping experience. Wow! I love this Air Conditioner. It doesnt take up a lot of space, its powerful and keeps our bedroom nice and cool so we can sleep. It is not very quiet but we wear earplugs nightly.
