The device is not dispensing water. It just makes a loud sound for a few seconds and stops, and nothing happens. I regret buying this device from Wayfair......this was a frustrating experience.

It comes with one filter which is good for 6 months. It has a 9 cup capacity. I love the color. It is easy to clean and disinfect. It is very easy to use. My daughters ages 8 and 13 use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brita Hub Compact Countertop Water Filter System is easy to use and space saving. I appreciate that. It came with two filters and the filter was easy to install. The appliance is nice and compact so it doesn't take up too much countertop space but there's also enough space and height so that most reusable water bottles can be filled easily. I like the handle for the refillable water reservoir, but I still support the bottom when it is completely full to avoid stressing out the handle too much. My only quibble would be that the fill line can be a little difficult to see. I also like that you can press the water dispenser button twice for a continuous stream of water, but make sure you pay attention because I looked away for a little bit and accidentally caused an overflow. While I still use my Brita filter pitcher, I also now use this filter hub on a daily basis in conjunction with my single serve coffee maker to make cups of coffee, tea, or just have a cup of hot water. It makes for a great little coffee/tea corner in my home.

I love that the Britta hub is a countertop filtration system. With its sleek design, it’s narrow enough that it does not take up much space at all. It has a 9 cup capacity that is easy to fill. Water is filtered and taste great and is easy for me just to take a glass or fill a bottle or to use for cooking or in my coffee pot. Filter last at least six months and every time I go to dispense the water the light on top lets me know if my filter is good with a green light or it’s getting close to needing changes with the yellow light, and has the red light where it let you know it needs changing. This Brita Hub has become our most used appliance in our home. The best part is filtering my own water and saving money. Very convenient.

I've used many other brands but this one has worked the best for my application. I like that it didn't take up space in the refrigerator like other pitcher filters. It holds quite a bit of water and the filters last a long time. I like the style and it fits in well in my kitchen.
