I’ve been enjoying my Hub but shortly after 1 year of use, the spout is now leaking. I need to put a large cup whenever it’s not in use. Wondering if this is an issue that can be resolved. I haven’t been able to find anything.

I love my countertop system. Brita Hub Instant Powerful Countertop Water Filter System. Have had it a few months and it makes a big difference in the taste and smell of the water. But - Curious if there is a way to purchase another reservoir? I am elderly and lifting the reservoir worries me that I might break it some day. Be good to have a replacement on hand, just in case!

Water tastes great for drinking, ice, coffee & tea...perfect for me. I have had it for a year & a half or more.

Just set my unit up and decided to test and see how much better the water would be then tap. Tap showed 74 ppm while Brita came in at 165 - what the heck?????

I love this unit. It’s unfortunate that the filter replacement light just doesnt reset after replacing the filter. Everything else about it is great.
