[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are in the process of replacing all our hardware in the guest bathroom and I got this to replace our existing outdated towel bar. Although it's described as a towel bar, the package actually states grab bar which is ambiguous, in my opinion. It measures about 14 inches, and the actual grab/towel space is approximately 12 inches. As a result, it's not the traditional size of an actual towel bar I was expecting and have in our bathroom. I blame myself for not reading the measurements carefully. As a result, we could not use it as we intended yet it will be convenient in the in-law bathroom we are installing. It is professional grade and very sturdy. The brushed nickel finish is stylish, and the simple design will coordinate well with any bathroom style. The mounting hardware appears to be discreet when mounted, which complements the straightforward design. This bar would work well hung near the shower to hang the towel to be used and also to hold onto when exiting the shower. The solid fabrication makes it assistive as well as enduring.
