Well constructed product, feels very solid and looks great in the bathtub. The existing hole we had was not large enough for the new faucet, it was off by about 1/4 inch which resulted in an additional purchase for the new cutting bit. One thing to remember is you need the Hansgrohe 06607000 Rough, 3-Hole Tub Filler for everything to attach to. (i found this on amazon for $42 -'like new') Instead of using the small copper pieces to attach the handles to the tub filler we purchased 3/8 " on both sides flexible tubing from HD - it was easier to install than the copper tubing. Be very careful when screwing down the plastic piece on to the tub filler - make sure it is properly secured else you run into the posssibilty of it getting stuck in the handle when installing it. I made that mistake and battled to get it out. I landed up using a paint can opener down the middle which did the trick. If it wasnt for some of these install issues I would have given it a 5

Love these faucets. Look sleek and expensive. Plumber did say they were more difficult than usual to install but I don't know why.

Have not installed it yet but so far happy with it. Arrived on time and looks really great. Can't wait to install!
