[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we have enjoyed this hook in our bathroom. It was pretty easy to install and gives a style look that is not your ordinary hook. The hook length is good and no so close to the wall that we have to worry but due to the nature of the hook, you really do need to make sure the item you are hanging is in the groove of the hook itself or they tend to fall off. Not a difficult task but can be tricky with garments that have thicker hanging hooks.

Comes with easy to follow direction illistrated for those of us that need the big clear picture. I love this hook! Makes my life so much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a hot tub, and my husband bought me a very thick and fluffy robe for Christmas to use when tubbing. It takes up a good deal of space in the bedroom and I realized I needed a robe hook to hang on the outside of my closet door. First off, the directions indicate putting in a wall, and includes the anchor to do so, but I still installed it on my hollow panel sliding closet door -- it sticks out a bit on the rear, but he doors still function just fine. So the directions used black and white drawings to show you the steps, and honestly they looked easy enough to follow. However, the product itself was misleading for the directions as a critical piece (the one that you would mount to the wall (door) with the included hardware was jammed inside the hook itself. Of course I didn't realize this as it was all I was given. The set screw didn't release it. I tried prying it out, unsure if that was even what I was supposed to do. I called in my husband just to have a second set of eyes. He was baffled as well. Finally he came to the same conclusion that the piece stuck inside the hook should be loose. He banged the hook end over and over and over to where it finally came out, and then all the directions wee very clear (I even had to redo the mounting because a critical piece was evident once that was out). Anyhow, the hook works as it should, but seriously, this shouldn't have been as difficult as it was. They need to package it differently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get nervous getting new hooks. I have had plenty that did not work well. Always falling apart or not staying up at all. I love this Locarno Hook! It stays on well and holds anything I need on the hook. Happy with this!
