Hose quick connector broke after three years but not being use everyday , actually quite rarely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We added this showerhead a few days ago. So far we like it. There are are a few different spray settings. One is a small stream with a pulsing action. The one we like most is a wider stead stream. You don't really lose water pressure, which is great. The only bad thing is I wish the hose was a little longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review is not based on the performance of this shower head. I haven’t installed it therefore have not used it yet. Upon receiving, first thing I noticed was the hose material. It seemed like a plastics hose with metallic/silver color. I was not very thrilled. I was looking forward to having something modern style and this flat shower head was very appealing to me (but I’m disappointed at the hose material).
