Looks great, works great. No complaints.

This was a replacement for a water dispenser that came with my water filter set. Initially I loved it. It still looks great. But it is just a bit shorter than the stock ones. You can turn it on and let it flow without holding it but then you cannot fill up your water glass without the tip sitting in the water. A nice feature is that you can turn the spout so you can fill it in the sink however because it’s shorter than stock my pitcher or glass cannot rest in the sink to get filled up. It could be the design of the sink. So I cannot let a pot or pitcher sit on the counter Nor can it sit in the sink. I have to hold it. It looks great. It’s just not 100 practical. I already had the holes in the counter. Also install was a problem with the single hole. I had to cut the long screw so it could be flush. Not a big deal but it could have been. For the price I paid, it should have been perfect.

This is a beauty. So elegant, unassuming but sturdy and visually pleasing. I ordered one in the bronze color to go with the Talis pot filler in our kitchen, and one in the steel color which is also very handsome. The latter's handle squeaks when you turn it so depending on how my plumber view it- it may need to be exchanged. We're not ready for installation yet so I couldn't comment on performance, but design and feel is magnificent! I love how heavy-duty this water dispenser is. Seems like it will stand the test of time with a lot of daily use, got a matching kitchen faucet too from Hansgrohe. I like that it won't show finger prints.
