I like the modern style of this faucet. The side-to-side swivel is nice. However, there are some things that could be better. The pull-out sprayer is made of plastic with a chrome finish, so it's pretty light. The force of the water is very weak, so if you're hoping to use this to wash off dishes, you'll probably be disappointed. There is a flow restrictor which can be removed and that will make a big difference. If you call Hansgrohe customer service they will tell you where the restrictor is and what it looks like, but not how to remove it (but that's pretty obvious). They also warned me that if removed, this will void the warranty and the faucet will probably wear out faster. The faucet is fairly easy to install if you're handy.
I don't recommend this faucet unless 1) the weak flow won't bother you or 2) you don't mind removing the flow restrictor yourself and don't care about the voided warranty. Yes, all faucets are subject to maximum flow restrictions, but the design of the faucet will affect the flow also - e.g. concentrating the flow in a narrower stream would allow more force while still staying within the guidelines. Unfortunately, to me this faucet lacks in that respect.
