The faucet works well, it’s modern and low profile. Not many low profile kitchen faucets are stylish and reliable.

It’s not as stylish as my other Hansgrohe but it does the job.

Great functional faucet for a lanudry utility sink. Looks feels expensive with great water pressure

My previous kitchen faucet was a low-profile design from Grohe, which I needed because of a window with a shutter is right behind the kitchen sink. This particular faucet, Hansgrohe Zesis, seemed just what I needed in terms of faucet height. And the product looked good in pictures--a sleek modern design. While my original faucet had all metal parts, this Hansgrohe faucet's sprayer is heavy duty plastic, but customer reviews have said the sprayer can be problematic, from coating that peels, to a cheaper sprayer switch that fails to perform after some use. Of course, I haven't experienced that since it's new, but why not build a better product with all metal parts. The lines feeding water to the faucet are also plastic and smaller in circumference. The water flow on this new faucet is a steady, forceful flow, but smaller since its feed comes from a smaller tubing circumference and the spray head is much smaller. There are a few other drawbacks to this design for my kitchen sink. I did hire a plumber to install this product. Overall, I have accepted my decision to keep my purchase because low-profile faucets are hard to find, and the product looks sleek and solid. My complaint really gets down to materials used for the cost of the product. This was a $220.00 purchase, and installation cost was $190.00. A handy person could most likely install it easily, since my plumber took about 40 minutes to remove the old one and replace it.
