Purchased this in Aug 2025. After installation, the aerator was defective. When the water pressure is low to medium, the water stream comes out like a fountain, not a stream. When you bump up the water pressure, the stream is normal. Hansgrohe was nice enough to replace this under warranty but after a few weeks, the same issue happened. You can see in the 1st photo, the water balloons out during low to medium water pressure. The 2nd photo shows the normal stream when you jack up the water pressure. The aerator feels like a cheap plastic. My previous Moen Genta faucet had a metal aerator with zero issues. I reached out to Hansgrohe again in January and only received a "high volume of inquiries" response after multiple attempts to communicate with them. Would love to know if there is a fix for this. It's a nice looking faucet but a bit embarrassing when we have guests over.

Simple, clean lined faucet. Easy set up.

Shipment arrived with box that was half taped and looked like an old box from a previous shipment. 4 faucets at over $1000 were thrown in the box and also air pillows were thrown in. So un-impressed with the shipping experience. One of the faucets arrived without the parts as well. Overall not a good experience with Wayfair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The faucet from Hansgrohe is simply incredible. Very good quality. It is clear that it is made of expensive, beautiful material. Easy and quick to install. The kit has everything you need. The set consists of a faucet and two water mixers.
