Thank you so much! I am so delighted that you replaced this product when I sent a message that the one that was installed in June 2025 had stopped working! I loved it and it was so nice to enjoy a warm towel after showering. I am impressed that #1 you took my word for it and #2 you sent me another one at no cost and not asking me to send the broken one back! Wow! My new one arrived today and has been installed! Thank you so much for standing by your products! I love shopping with Wayfair and have enjoyed everything I have ordered! This experience has cemented why I love Wayfair!!!!

This might be my favorite feature in my bathroom. No more wet, musty towels. It is definitely worth every penny!! I’ve had it for two years now and I just keep it on all the time because we always have wet towels in this house.

This towell warmer does not have a timer or temperature controls per the description. Only an on/off switch.

Failed in 9 months. Only dried the towels. Did not heat them thoroughly.

Had a few issues with this but the manufacturer was excellent with great communication and replacement parts arrived quickly
