Beautiful tub filler. Our plumber was surprised by it's weight, it should look great with the soaking tub we ordered several weeks ago.

We love the looks and sturdy feel of this faucet!! Unfortunately quality just isn’t there. I installed the valve in the floor a couple weeks back. Bathroom remodel took a while, so today I was able to finally install the faucet. After install water leaked from every possible joint. The sprayer connection (yes I had o rings in), sprayer connection to the actual faucet, the on off valve, the spout where it connects to the faucet. I am very unhappy because my return window has closed and we really like the looks. I also can’t seem to find a number to call the manufacturer. UPDATE!!! Nov. 27, 2020 I was able to contact heatgene and they were extremely helpful. Gave me solutions to try and fix the problem. Unfortunately these solutions didn’t work me but they are sending me a new one to replace it. Great and fast customer service. I will update on the new one when it arrives.

Very well made and looks beautiful! It was a little tricky for our plumber but all in all it was worth it for the end result!
