It looks sturdy, and pretty easy to install, but I had two issues. First, this must be mounted to a ceiling, as there are only holes at the top. I was expecting holes in the side and the top. Secondly, there are no end caps, so if the ends of this bracket are visible, it has an unfinished look. I returned it.
