The shower is very nice with filter option but only the hand shower is placed really top should have been to good length so that it is more appropriate the short people cannot reach it all

I ordered this for my guest bathroom and my daughter loves he fact that she can use the hand held for her daily shower . I love the rain part of the shower head and also the hand held helps when we bath our animals

UPDATE plumber came and we can’t use this. It is extremely heavy and will tear the pipe right out of the wall. Our only option to use it is to tear down tile (which isn’t happening) and strap the water line to support this crazy weight ( very disappointed. Keep this in mind when ordering and make sure your pipe is strapped really well because it is VERY heavy! we still have to have a plumber come and install it but its really great quality and nice, we can not wait to install and use it. it even comes with a built in filter which will be great for filtering out our water here in FL. this is a savings for us because we usually put them inline on the water line inside the bathroom. I love most that it has a handle the rain head. the finish is perfect too!

Very nice quality, and water flows well. The include filter is easy to install and replace, but it's kind of in the way for the handheld shower head, causing it to spray straight out so you aren't able to use that one as a normal shower head. Assembly is straight forward, but it's not clear where you push rubber gaskets, etc from the pictures. The water saver is optional but not clear on which way it installs. Lastly, the standard shower arm comes out a good bit and this shower system needs to be installed closer to the wall, so wish it came with a shorter shower arm to replace the standard one.
