First off, what I received is not what I ordered. The item with the two rows of rhinestones is WAY prettier than the collection with the solid face of crystals, which is the one I received. All those crystals get lost and for some reason being so clustered together they lose that wow factor and don’t stand out like they do on the two row design. Be aware this collection, although while beautiful and well designed, it is metric, therefore it is not compatible to replace any American made products. However if it is a new install, definitely buy this! The only reason I kept this was the screw up in design actually worked in my favor because I returned the whole set and went with a different design and thanks to the best neighbor in the world he was able to machine the mounting design of the other hardware to cover this one. So it took two pieces to make this something I’d appreciate in my home. So as is, I’d return it. After some creative machine work utilizing the faceplate mounting system of another product then and only then did it become something worth having.

It is gorgeous. Just what I was hoping for Review resubmission on 10-19-24 After a time, this product would not stay tight in the wall, even with a wall anchor. The item tarnished and dulled, the same as the faucet I purchased simultaneously. All the items had Swavorski crystals, which is the reason for the amount of money I spent on these products. None came with cleaning suggestions. I did a lot of research about cleaning brass or gold-plated items. I used a non-abrasive and gentle cleaner on all the items. They are nothing like they were when I first purchased them. I would not have purchased these items if I had it to do over. I flushed a lot of money down the drain. Buyers beware when purchasing brass or gold-plated items that are around water.
